Michael believes everyone deserves a plate of hot, delicious food to fill their stomachs, kindness and service to nourish their spirits and a safe space away from the outside world to heal and quiet their minds, even if for only a few hours each week. It is this spirit of community and breaking of bread that motivates Michael in his work with Care for Friends and strengthens his commitment with each plate that is placed in front of a guest. Michael brings with him a wealth of professional and life experience, including more than a decade working in offsite catering, in restaurant kitchens and project & group management in various corporate settings.
