Louise Anderson

Louise Anderson recently joined Kemper as an AVP of Finance Strategic Planning & Execution in January 2023. In this role, Louise leads the team responsible for capital management & strategy, dividend planning, and support of rating agency relationships.
Prior to Kemper, Louise worked at SpotHero where she led Strategic Finance initiatives and served as interim Controller. Prior to that, she worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois where she held various Finance roles in Treasury, Capital Management, and Corporate Development.
Louise began her career at Northern Trust where she managed and underwrote a portfolio of insurance companies for the Corporate Banking department. Louise has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
