Michael's time at Snack Pro Vending saw him take on the dual responsibilities of Delivery Driver and Equipment Repair Technician. This multifaceted role required him to be dependable and resourceful, ensuring timely deliveries while also possessing the technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. He developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently. His tenure at How's It Vape Emporium involved several key roles, including Shift Supervisor, Equipment Repair Technician, and Sales Associate. As Shift Supervisor, Michael demonstrated leadership capabilities, managing daily operations and guiding his team. His technical skills were further utilized as an Equipment Repair Technician, and as a Sales Associate, he honed his interpersonal skills and ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Michael's varied background also includes experience as a Technician, Mechanic, Sales Associate, Chef, and Bartender, showcasing his adaptability and willingness to embrace new challenges. These roles further developed his customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Driven by a desire to contribute to the well-being of others, Michael pursued studies in nursing at Moraine Valley Community College. While not completing the program, his time there provided him with valuable knowledge and insight into the importance of care and compassion. Furthermore, his experience as a stay-at-home caretaker for his grandmother underscores his dedication to providing direct and personal support to those in need.
